All rental cabins or rental trailers

A credit card is required for all reservations. A non-refundable one-night deposit will be applied towards your stay. You will receive a call if your credit card charge is denied, and you will have 24 hours to correct it or the reservation will be canceled.

Any lot left with trash or a mess in the fire ring will be charged $15 for cleanup.

a $50 security deposit will be charged along with your first night upon making a reservation.

Your Deposit will be refunded after your stay and unless damage has been done, items are missing or excessive cleaning is needed.

Holiday weekend requires a 7-day notice, regular non-holiday requires a 5-day notice.

All of our cabins require a minimum two-night stay. However, we are sometimes able to shorten the minimum stay requirements during the off-season or if the cabin is available for fewer nights between families' arrival and departure dates.
